In the tradition of the great collegiate humor magazines, from the Harvard Lampoon to the Yale Record and many other non-Ivy League based ones, UMass Boston will at long last have a publication dedicated solely to humor and whimsy.

If you’ve got a funny essay, comic, poem, painting, short story, doodle, letter, platonic dialog, or anything else that might make someone somewhere chuckle-except fake news articles; The Onion has already successfully cornered that market-submit it to The Beacon at [email protected]. Even if you’re not positive it’s funny, but you want to see it in print, you might as well take a chance and send it, right?
