Looking for some entertainment during the week? If so, a local comedian has something to satisfy your needs. Once a month, Khari Wells (also known as Reedo Brown) hosts his monthly comedy show “2 Funny Tuesdays” at Naga Lounge in Cambridge, Mass. The show consists of local and out-of-town comedians.
Wells frequently takes his comedy act on the road and wants people from his hometown to exploit to his peers. ”I just want to bring some of the comedy. I see on the road and bring it back to my people,” explains the comedian. “I see a lot of comics that my city won’t see in person and I want them to get that live feel.” This is what inspired Wells to start “2 Funny Tuesdays.”
So far, the show has been successful due to regulars and newcomers looking for a good time. Wells credits his comedian selection. While keeping in mind that he has budget, Wells makes it a priority that he keeps his audience satisfied. If the comedians that he has in mind meet his requirement, he’s open to giving them a slot. 
“It all depends on how long they’ve been doing it and what kind of crowd they can pull in,” says Wells. “I usually keep a decent budget.” “2 Funny Tuesdays” is propelling and there are no signs of it slowing down anytime soon.
Between acts, Wells is able to squeeze in his own jokes, igniting tears of laughter from the audience. For him, being a comedian isn’t necessarily an occupation, but rather a lifestyle.  This was destined for him early on. “All I did as a kid was joke around and have fun”, says Wells. “I just never took it to the stage. A little over two years ago, I turned it into a job.”
The next edition of “2 Funny Tuesdays” is scheduled for April 29. Doors open at 8 p.m. and admission is $10. Whether it is a social outing or a date night, Wells’ comedy show is a great source for entertainment. If you decide to attend, prepare yourself for a laugh fest.
