A woman in New Jersey has initiated a class-action lawsuit, claiming that many fans entered Miley’s fan club believing it would ensure them a chance at scoring better concert tickets. With Miley’s popularity, however, even scalpers can barely keep tickets, and fan club members were given no priority in ticket selection.
