Brit Still Doesn’t Get ItBritney Spears filed an emergency motion last Thursday in an attempt to gain expanded visitation rights with her two sons, particularly requesting overnight stays. Kevin Federline’s lawyer contested the proposal, telling E! News that it showed “a continued lack of respect and understanding for what an order of the court actually means.” A final ruling has not been made, but the court commissioner noted it was unlikely.

Robert Duval admitted to having a rather difficult time dealing with the Walk The Line actor. However, Phoenix managed to cough up some more interesting word vomit during a phone interview with Time Out New York. The reported inquired about Phoenix’s training with a fire academy for his part in Ladder 49. “I said that because I thought it would sound good to the press,” Phoenix responded. “I don’t know why it seems to be of note that the actors do any kind of preparation.
