Senior Professor William Percy spoke at the meeting on the topic of “Global Warming and Overpopulation.” Percy obtained his doctorate from Princeton University and has a lengthy scholarly career, including attending nine universities and teaching at nine, and has written five books, 12 articles, 100 notes and 100 book reviews.
