It all begins in college radio and what first starts out as experiment often ends up as a success. And when there is ambition, good things can happen.
And that’s what happened to R&R movement. “Reel Rhythm” broadcasted from the University of New Haven’s college radio station WNHU was founded by Germaine Adams and Cristian Feliciano and was later changed to R&R movement when Terrell Roberts (RellyRell), who at a show made a guest appearance. Joining forces with Terrell is Malcolm Barrau (DJAmazin) who together have created an energizing and talented team. Other members of R&R are Anthony Debnam Jr, accountant, Germaine Adams, financial advisor, Jody Johnson, road manger and public relations, Kevin Valentine, multimedia ,Jason Bosman, security and Andre Graham, security. With a multitude of mix tapes beginning with volume 1 “You Should be Nervous”, these guys are making a name for themselves. But what did the slogan “you should be nervous come from? Says Malcolm,” Well, it came from the title of the mixtape series DJ RellyRell and myself have out. We started running with the phrase because all the members are young talented men and the competitors in our markets should be nervous of how good we and know that with our company we can do anything that is given to us as a challenge”.
The R&R movement are moving and fast. RellyRell and Amazin have done shows all over including New England, New York, Canada and Georgia. Check out all the latest news by contacting Malcolm at wwww.iamdjamzinn. com or Terrell at wwww.djrellyrell.com.
