Ingredients ½ lb corned beef, sliced 2 slices Swiss cheese Sauerkraut (sour cabbage) or cole slaw 2 slices challah bread One half-sour pickle 1 teaspoon of butter ¼ cup mayonnaise ¼ cup ketchup Preparation Dressing Blend ketchup and mayonnaise in a cup. It should be pink. Sandwich Melt the butter in a frying pan and place the stack of corned beef in the pan, flipping after one minute. Melt the cheese on top and place on the bottom slice of the challah. Spread the dressing on the top slice. Top the meat with a desired amount of sauerkraut or coleslaw, close the sandwich, and wrap up for consumption later on in the cafeteria of your choosing. This Sandwich can be eaten cold or warm, preferably with pickle on the side.
