-Moved to Georgia, then Connecticut before attending UConn

-Competed for UConn from 2005-2008

-Won Big East Championship in the high jump as a freshman

-Has a personal best of 51’9 ¾” in the triple jump, which is the New England collegiate record

-In his first triple jump after an 18 month hiatus, he jumped 49 feet

-Didn’t begin competing until his freshman year of high school

-Still holds records at New London (CT.) High School
