Spotted heading toward the catwalk in the Campus Center was the cheerful and radiant Jeney Zhang. Unlike most of the features on Style Spotter, Zhang is a member of the faculty at the University of Massachusetts Boston. Her official title is the Executive Assistant to the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs.
Although she has only worked with the department since Sept. 2015, Zhang explained how much she enjoys her job. “I like interacting with the students,” Zhang said. “We have something different to do every day.”
Besides working on campus, Zhang also likes to shop online for most of her clothing. Her elegant black and white belted dress, which popped out amongst a crowd of rushing students, is from Calvin Klein.
“I actually really love Calvin Klein. I basically have a full wardrobe of Calvin Klein dresses,” she said with a laugh. “I think it’s hard [to shop brands], because finding a designer in which you know exactly what your size is, where every single time you can fit into that size—it’s rare.”
