Seminar: How to be more Self-Confident 9-10am. The UHS Counseling Center is presenting a free workshop on how to live a more self-confident life. Most people think that confidence is something they are borh with, and if they don’t feel confident, there is nothing they can do about it. That isn’t true at all! In this workshop, participants will learn what confidence is and how to develop more of it. This seminar will be facilitated by Edna Pressler, PhD, a licensed pscyhologist and counseling staff member. There is no charge to participate.
