Naomi Bethune, Opinions Editor
Naomi Bethune (she/her) is a senior majoring in philosophy and public policy with a minor in sociology. Long involved in the creative writing sphere, Naomi joined The Mass Media team in late 2023 as an opinions writer, and is now the opinions editor. Naomi’s work tends to cover social and political topics, especially pertaining to controversial, current events. After graduating, she plans to peruse a career doing editorial work for a political or literary magazine while applying to PhD programs in philosophy. Outside of The Mass Media, Naomi works as a swim instructor, is a self-proclaimed “professional concert-goer,” and loves to cook.
