Volleyball Battles back but loses in 5 games The Lady Beacons started off slow, but heated it up in the final two games, only to see their hard work fizzle away in a grueling match that lasted 2:15. Megan MacAuley (19 digs) and Emily Thompson (17 digs) led the way defensively for the Beacons while Kate White continued to support the offense for the Beacons, coming up with 16 kills. The men ran their record to 7-3 overall, but are still winless in conference (0-2). Coach Myles Berry emphasized that the schedule only gets tougher and that every conference game only gets bigger.
