Police Blotter: Oct. 4, 2011

Monday, September 26th

At 10:20 AM a student called in from the North Lot to complain about unwanted advances from an employee of the parking department.

Later the same day, at 3:17 PM, a party’s vehicle was struck by another vehicle and the collision was then called into Campus Security.

Wednesday, September 28th

At 4:00 AM, the Boston Police Department called in to report that a UMB worker had fallen the previous day and called them directly. He refused treatment that day (Tuesday, September 27th) but he was not feeling good the next day, Wednesday. He called to request an ambulance.

The same day, at 8:02 PM, a parking lot attendant called in to report an argument between two parties in the beacons lot. Evidently, there was a minor disagreement between the parties over a pair of socks.

Thursday, September 29th

At 8:38 PM, Campus security received a call from a party in he Clark Center reporting an assault on an individual outside o the Clark Center. Subjects were described as three white males driving a white pickup truck. The individuals knocked the victim to the ground and attempted to take things from his pockets. The victim sustained minor injuries. The investigation is ongoing.
