I am sending in this letter to clarify what was reported by Reuben Urmenta in his report to the Senate.The $12 out of the $750 fee increase diverted to the Student Activities Trust Fund was not something I had worked with Reuben Urmenta. Since he was the newly elected chair of Budget and Finance, I told him to look into how we would go about asking for a 20% increase. The only people I did get input from were Jesse Solomon and Tuan Pham but Reuben was not in the picture until I had already spoken to the Administration.
