I read an article by one of your students in a recent publication. I have always believed UMASS to be an upstanding institution. The criticism of Pat Tillmans actions was without thought and respect for someone who died. Weather or not the author agreed with his choice he and the school had no right to disgrace his memory in this fashion. Has UMASS become another institution who is so cowardly they have to criticize a man when he is dead. I am amshamed to be affliated with your Dartmouth campus.
