In the April 29 issue, The Mass Media stated in “Rotting Food Left in Wheatley Cafeteria” that a call was placed by Student Life Associate Director Donna Neal to Michael Forcier, general manager of Sodexho, which prompted the cleanup of the old Wheatley Cafeteria. This information was erroneous, as Ms. Neal made no such call.

A source at the Wit’s End, who asked to remain anonymous, tentatively told reporter Roman Temin that the call in question was made by Neal, which Temin mistakenly construed as a hard fact and did not confirm with Neal herself.

The Mass Media apologizes for any problems caused to any of the involved parties and regrets the error.
